Energy Leadership Index™ (“ELI”)

The ELI is an attitudinal assessment measuring your leadership engagement in normal circumstances and in times of stress.  It assesses your engagement across 7 different levels based on your perception and perspective of the world.

The results of the assessment and debrief with your coach will raise self-awareness in areas where your engagement level is working for you and where it’s working against you. This insight can be used to create a personal development plan of specific actions to raise your performance to an optimal level.
