Kelly Moertle at KCM Coaching knows what motivates those she works with to become the next best version of themselves because she’s been there, too. 

Having spent 30 years, with the bulk of her career in software sales and customer success, Kelly has successfully sold complex enterprise deals and managed a global team responsible for increasing customer retention, growth, and loyalty. She’s worked for the largest technology companies in the world, including SAP, Salesforce, IBM/Cognos and sold into accounts such as USPS, Capital One, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Kelly closed the largest deal in the history of one of her employers at the time, immediately increasing their stock value by 10+%.

In 2019, Kelly decided that, given her background and passion for supporting the growth of others, it was time to explore her next best path as an executive coach for leaders and customer-facing teams in the cloud technology space. She now works with executives, sales teams, and customer success teams to remove roadblocks, work through limiting beliefs, and uncover untapped potential that leads to building power performers, closing more deals and turning customers into raving fans who buy more.

Experiencing this kind of growth often requires overcoming obstacles and challenges, so Kelly equips you with the tools necessary to have hard conversations and successfully navigate difficult situations. She helps you learn how to manage through emotionally charged situations and turn conflict into connection.
